Join us for a Thistle Removal event in collaboration with Jordan River Commission! Help restore native habitat along the Jordan River by removing invasive thistle species that threaten local plant and animal life. Thistles crowd out native plants, reduce biodiversity, and make the trail less accessible and enjoyable for the community.
This hands-on volunteer event is a great way to make a tangible impact on the health of our watershed.
We provide tools, water and snacks (just be sure to bring a refillable water bottle). Wear long pants and closed to shoes.
